Karolína Kristína Chorváth is a Czechoslovak-American journalist, blogger and chronic illness advocate who has lived and reported in many countries including Spain, Poland, Czechia and Croatia. She is a lifelong “Spoonie,” and uses her platform on Instagram and elsewhere to fight for access and inclusion for people with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Karolína is the author of “Self-care for Spoonies: A Guide to Thriving with Chronic Illness.” She is also a model and content creator with the BTWN agency, whose brand partnerships include Caudalie, Ilia, Bodyography, Glossier, Supergoop and many more.
