15 Oct Episode 34: A Guide to Overcoming Codependency with María-Victoria Albina
If you’re feeling trapped in a cycle of constantly seeking validation and approval from others, only to end up feeling empty and unfulfilled, then you are not alone! Many individuals find themselves caught in codependent patterns, where their sense of self-worth is dependent on the opinions and actions of others. Despite their efforts to please and accommodate, they often find that their relationships lack true reciprocity and emotional intimacy. Instead of experiencing the healthy interdependence they crave, they are left feeling emotionally drained and disconnected.
Here’s what Maria Victoria and Nitika dive into in this week’s episode:
How to practice self-care and establish boundaries
Codependency to interdependence, unlocking the potential for more balanced and fulfilling relationships.
Uncover the impact of childhood conditioning on your adult relationships and well-being
